Large-format printing is the production lane that handles the heavier-duty surfaces of the exhibit program, from rigid signs and vinyl graphics to mounted panels, floor decals, and branded architectural pieces.

Vinyl, rigid board, mounted panel, acrylic, Dibond, mesh, and floor-graphic production
UV flatbed, solvent, eco-solvent, and fabric-compatible print paths matched to substrate needs
Lamination, mounting, contour cutting, grommets, and other show-ready finishing handled in-house
Not every exhibit graphic belongs on fabric. Many programs still depend on rigid message surfaces, durable vinyl applications, mounted logo panels, temporary event graphics, floor decals, and architectural brand pieces that need a harder substrate or a different installation method. That is where large-format printing becomes essential. Our large-format department supports projects that need width, material flexibility, finishing control, and better alignment with the physical conditions of the exhibit or venue. Instead of forcing one print method onto every job, we choose the production path based on the substrate, the expected handling, the lighting condition, and how the piece will actually be installed. That keeps the graphics useful in the field rather than merely acceptable in a proof file.
We support output up to roughly 10 feet wide with effectively unlimited length for roll-fed work, and we route production across the right technology for the material. UV flatbed methods are useful for rigid boards and mounted panels. Solvent or eco-solvent lanes are often better for adhesive vinyl, decals, wraps, and graphics that need stronger outdoor or high-contact behavior. Dye sublimation remains the better path for fabric-based jobs. The important point is that substrate choice and production choice are inseparable. Foam board, PVC, coroplast, acrylic, Dibond, wall mural film, window graphics, floor graphics, mesh, and standard vinyl all behave differently in finishing, transport, and installation, so we scope the job according to the surface rather than according to a generic “large print” label.
Finishing is what turns a printed panel into something installers can trust. Lamination affects durability, glare, and cleanability. Mounting affects flatness and how the panel fits into the exhibit structure. Contour cutting affects whether branded shapes feel deliberate or cheap. Hem and pole-pocket finishing affect banners and temporary event graphics. Grommets, edge trim, and panel labeling affect how quickly a crew can move when labor windows are tight. Because our team works in the trade show lane, we pay attention to how these decisions influence freight, unpacking, show-site handling, and replacement risk. That is particularly important when the exhibit has to ship direct to a convention center, hit a narrow install schedule, or coordinate with a custom structure already in production.
Large-format printing is also one of the strongest support tools for programs that extend beyond the exhibit itself. Many clients need lobby signs, registration graphics, meeting-room wayfinding, branded partitions, product panels, and temporary environmental elements that carry the same visual system as the exhibit. By keeping those pieces inside the same production workflow, we can maintain color control, tighter timeline coordination, and cleaner overall presentation across the entire event environment. If your project includes rigid signs, adhesive films, mounted graphics, or exhibit surfaces that fabric alone cannot solve, this service is meant to keep that scope engineered and accountable.

We support a broad range of materials including vinyl, mesh, adhesive film, wall-mural media, window film, floor-graphic media, foam board, PVC, coroplast, acrylic, and Dibond, depending on the project requirements.
Yes. Large-format production can cover mounted exhibit panels, branded signs, wayfinding pieces, and other rigid graphics that need more structure than fabric alone can provide.
Yes. Lamination, contour cutting, mounting, and related finishing options are part of the workflow because they directly affect durability, appearance, and install readiness.
No. Many clients use the same service for registration graphics, lobby displays, event signage, meeting-room branding, and temporary environmental graphics tied to the same show or campaign.
Yes. That is a core part of the process. We review viewing distance, handling, mounting method, venue conditions, and reuse expectations before recommending the print substrate and finishing path.
