Orlando · IFPA Global Produce Show
October 14–16, 2026 · Orange County Convention Center · 9000 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819 USA
The Global Produce & Floral Show brings more than 1,000 exhibitors and 20,000 attendees to Orlando this October. If you are one of those exhibitors and you have not locked in your exhibit yet, you are working against a clock—and against every other company on that floor trying to book the same crews in the same week.
We rent turnkey exhibits for this show out of our own Orlando warehouse. Your exhibit does not ship in from another state. It comes across town.

Turnkey exhibit rentals
The word gets used loosely. Here is what is in a turnkey rental from us. You show up. Your exhibit is standing. That is the whole idea.
Your exhibit, engineered and pre-fit before it leaves our floor.
Printed, finished, and mounted to your exhibit, not shipped separately for you to figure out.
Carpet or hard surface, padded, edged, and clean.
Counters, seating, literature racks, and product display.
Arm lights, wash lighting, or integrated fixtures depending on the build.
Coordinated delivery to the Orange County Convention Center.
Installed before the show floor opens.
Dismantled after Friday's close.
Footprint planning
The produce and floral floor rewards presence. Buyers walk fast and stop for structures that read from across an aisle.
This is where we do our best work and where most of our Global Show clients land. A 20x20 island gives you four open sides, room for a real product display, and enough vertical space for a hanging sign that people can find from anywhere in the hall. From there we go up: 20x30, 20x40, 30x30, 30x40, 40x40, 40x60, and larger footprints for exhibitors bringing a full program.
Enough room for a demo area, a private meeting corner, and cold storage or product staging without the exhibit feeling crowded. If you are doing tastings, cuttings, or live merchandising, this is the size that stops feeling tight.
A solid option if you are testing the show or your program is smaller this year. We build these to look considerably more substantial than a basic backwall—proper graphics, real lighting, and a finished counter. We also handle 10x10 inline spaces, though most exhibitors serious about this show move up quickly.
Orlando operations
Most of the companies bidding against us for this show are not in Florida. They build in Denver, or Chicago, or overseas, and truck it in. That freight is not free, and it is not just the trucking line item.
Here is the part exhibitors miss. The Orange County Convention Center charges material handling—drayage—by weight, through the show’s general service contractor. Every hundred pounds that crosses the dock costs you. A heavier crate shipped a longer distance costs more twice: once on the truck, once at the dock.
To be direct about what we do and don’t do: we do not provide material handling or electrical. Those are ordered through the show's general service contractor, whoever IFPA appoints. We are not going to pretend otherwise or bury it in fine print. What we can do is control the variable that actually drives that bill: what gets shipped, how far, and how much it weighs. Pulling an exhibit from a warehouse fifteen minutes from the hall is a different equation than pulling one from two thousand miles away.
Schedule
The Global Show moved off the weekend this year. Wednesday, October 14 is the State of the Industry Keynote and education programming. Thursday and Friday, October 15–16, are the expo floor days.
That compression matters. Two days of floor time means your exhibit has to work immediately—no soft opening, no slow build of foot traffic across a long weekend. Sightlines, signage height, and product visibility carry more weight than they would at a longer show.
It also means your install window is tighter and every exhibit house in Orlando is working the same nights. Booking early is not an upsell. It is the difference between your crew installing on schedule and installing at 2 a.m.

Review a few exhibit directions, then open the full exhibit page or send us your exhibit number and footprint so we can adapt the plan to the actual floor.
Working with us
Send us your exhibit number and size. From the IFPA floor plan is fine. That tells us your orientation, your neighbors, and what your sightlines actually are.
We design to your space. Not a stock render—a layout built for your actual footprint and your actual product.
Graphics production. Printed in-house, so revisions do not cost you a week.
Pre-fit before it leaves. Your exhibit gets assembled on our floor first. Problems get found in the warehouse, not on the show floor.
Install, show support, dismantle.
FAQ
October 14–16, 2026 at the Orange County Convention Center, 9000 International Drive, Orlando, Florida. Wednesday, October 14 covers the State of the Industry Keynote and education sessions. The expo floor runs Thursday and Friday, October 15–16.
The exhibit structure, your printed graphics mounted to the exhibit, flooring, furniture, lighting, delivery to the Orange County Convention Center, installation before the floor opens, and dismantle after Friday's close.
No. Material handling—drayage—and electrical are ordered through the show's general service contractor, not through us. We do not bill for them. What we control is what ships and how much it weighs, which is what drives that cost.
We focus on 20x20 island exhibits and larger, including 20x30, 20x40, 30x30, 30x40, 40x40, 40x60, and larger footprints. We also build 10x20 inline exhibits and can accommodate 10x10 spaces.
Later than most exhibitors expect because our inventory is already in Orlando rather than in transit. Graphics production is usually the real deadline, not the structure. Send us your exhibit number and we will tell you honestly whether your timeline works.
Yes. Labor-only at the Orange County Convention Center is something we do regularly for this show.
